Hi! My name is Sorena, owner and operator of SB Nails. I am licensed, and have 5 years of experience! I believe a fresh set of nails is all it takes to spark your confidence! I love creating beautiful nails while also maintaining the health of your natural nails! Please read all policies before booking your appointment! - Health & Safety are my TOP priority. Please wash hands upon arrival to your appointment. If you are feeling sick, please let me know in advance and we can reschedule you to another time! - APOINTMENT ONLY. You must book at least 4 hours in advance. Each appointment is required to leave a card on file. - All appointments have a 10 minute grace period. If you are later than 10 minutes you are subject to a late fee or to rescheduling your appointment time. - I value your time, I hope you value mine! Please give at least a 24 hour notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. We will reschedule you to a better time! If you do not give a notice, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. - As you know, nails are never the same. It is important to acknowledge that my prices vary depending on the service, time, length, and design. Booking online gives you an estimate of your service price but it is subject to change!! - I do not work on top of anyone else’s ACRYLIC. If you have nails on already and are hoping to get in, please have your current set removed prior to your appointment. I do not remove other salons ACRYLIC. CANCELLATION POLICY
I charge 50% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment!
